CEB was incorporated in the Isle of Man on 16 September 2006. On 18 December 2006, it joined the AIM Market, where its ordinary shares (CEB.L) and warrants (CEBW.L) are traded.
Clean Energy Brazil plc is in the process of divesting all of its assets and shall determine an efficient manner to seek to return capital to shareholders. The Company will not borrow and will invest cash pending distribution in bank deposits.
