Our Structure

Clean Energy Brazil PLC is an investment company domiciled in the Isle of Man. It has no employees, but a full set of high quality non-executive directors providing the highest levels of corporate governance. All operations and management are delegated to a private company: Temple Capital Partners Ltd. Temple Capital Partners is in turn served by two separate organisations: Czarnikow Group Ltd and Agrop, which provide all operations and management services to Clean Energy Brazil and together give CEB approximately 40 sugar/ethanol professionals in working in Brazil.
