CEB's aim is to participate in the development of sugar cane businesses with an ideal critical mass in excess of 30 million tonnes of annual cane crushing capacity with a view to becoming a leading low cost participant within the sector. The Company intends to act as a consolidator, building critical mass through acquisitions. It is intended that capital growth will be generated through the development of greenfield sites into operational units.

CEB's vision is to position itself as a strategic partner for existing businesses who wish to accelerate their growth. CEB aims to provide both development capital and a high quality partner.

We seek to act as the consolidator of the fragmented Brazilian Sugar / Ethanol sector by working alongside existing mills, providing real value both via our capital and our operational and intellectral contributiion.
